Do you test on animals?

We can confirm that we have a strict policy against animal testing and we’re pleased to say that

we are a cruelty – free brand.

How do I log in to my Etmore Beauty account?

Once you have registered with us, you will be able to log onto our website at any time by clicking on ‘My Account‘ in the top right hand side of the site. You will be required to enter your e-mail address and password.

Oh no, I have forgotten my password, how can I log in to my account?

Please click ‘My Account‘ link in the top right hand side of the website. You will then be able to click on the “Forgot your password” link under the password input. You will then receive an email asking you to create a new password.  Stay safe. If you didn’t ask for a password reset or think someone might know your password then don’t hang about and reset it immediately.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Of course we do! Order by 4pm and receive your order on the next day working day. Please be sure to click on next day delivery when you’re items are in the cart.

How do I become a stockist?

To enquire about working with Etmore Beauty and stocking our product range, please email us on sales@etmore.co.uk one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

How will I know if my order has been processed?

When you successfully place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. Please ensure you give the correct email address! This confirmation will include full details of your order and your unique order reference. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation, please contact our team who will be more than happy to help on 020 3137 7141.

How long do orders take to arrive?

We aim to have your items with you within 3-7 working days unless you have placed an order with Next Day delivery!

How do I return/exchange my item?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be sent to the following address: Etmore Limited, Newstet Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool, L33 7TJ

Costs of the returning goods are solely responsible and incurred by the customer.
